So to start you'll need to fry your beef in your ovenproof casserole dish over a

high heat in the oil for three minutes, stirring every now and then. Then add in

your onions and fry, stirring often, for a further three minutes. Next add in your

garlic and flour and fry, stirring, for one minute. Then add in your hot water

crumbling your stock cubes, add in your jam and stir until dissolved. Then add in
