To make my cheesy chicken garlic bread start by slicing your veg, making sure the red pepper is very thinly sliced

Then slice two to three garlic loaves down the middle, bake for seven minutes

In the meantime, fry your chicken mini fillets over a high heat for around three to four minutes each side until cooked

Remove and set aside. Then add your red pepper and onion and fry until softened for around 12 minutes

Add back in your chicken, add your pesto and mix well. Add the chicken filling to your garlic bread, top with your grated cheese and bake for five to six minutes
