To make my easy mini egg frozen yogurt clusters, start by crushing your mini eggs in a resellable food bag with the meat mallet or rolling pin, then set aside

Next, add your Greek yogurt and peanut butter to a mixing bowl and stir until well combined

Add in your mini eggs and fold them through well. Then using a serving spoon, add six spoonfuls of the mixture to a line baking tray and transfer to the freezer for at least one hour to set

When ready, break up your favourite milk chocolate. into squares and add coconut oil if using

Melt in the microwave in 20 second increments, stirring in between until fully melted

Then one at a time, coat the clusters in the melted chocolate

Turning them with a fork is the easiest way to do this. Return the cluster back to the baking tray

and immediately add some crushed mini eggs before the chocolate has time to set
