These 3 ingredient easy Brioche Bread Croutons are light and slightly sweet perfect for topping any leafy salad. They can be cooked in the oven, or air fryer in just 5 minutes.
Slice your brioche loaf in half. Then dice one half into roughly ½ inch cubes.
TO OVEN BAKE
Preheat the oven to 180ºc/160º fan/350ºf/gas 4. Add the oil to a large baking tray, and toss through the brioche cubes. Sprinkle with salt. Arrange in an even layer and bake for 9-10 minutes, until deep golden brown all over and crispy.
TO AIR FRY
Tip the brioche cubes onto your air fryer crisper plates, drizzle over the oil and toss. Air fry at 200 for 2 mins. Then carefully toss briefly and air fry a further 1 minute or 2 until golden brown.
STORAGE
Store Brioche Bread Croutons leftovers in an air-tight container or resealable food bag at room temperature for up to 2 weeks. Ensure the croutons to completely cold before storing.
