Adding cream cheese to beef meatballs gives them a softer texture and slight cream cheese flavour

I also add panko breadcrumbs to help bind the mixture together and help keep the meatballs moist

Then add salt and pepper to taste and lastly the beef mince and mix thoroughly

Roll the mixture into roughly 1 inch balls and fry in olive oil over a medium heat for around 10 minutes turning often to brown all over

Alternatively, you can bake them in the oven for 25 minutes. Then add your favourite meat bowl or pasta sauce, stir through and let it bubble away and heat through
