Chicken & Cottage Cheese Pasta Bake

To make my nutritious chicken and cottage cheese pasta bake, you will start by heating your oil in a large pot over a high heat

then add in your chicken mince or ground chicken and onions. Fry for around six minutes or until starting to go golden, stirring often and breaking up the meat into smaller pieces

Then add the garlic followed by the hot water, tin tomatoes, sugar, paprika, dried mix herbs, salt and pepper and the pasta

Bring to the boil over a high heat, then reduce to medium and continue to

to boil it for 12 minutes stirring often. Then add the spinach and continue to cook for

two to five minutes or until the liquid has been released from the spinach and then

cooked away so the sauce is just coating the pieces of pasta. Remove from the heat and

stir in about a quarter of the cheese then transfer the pasta to a large

ovenproof dish. Level out and top with an even layer of cottage cheese followed

by grated cheese. Bake for 25 minutes or until the edges have gone golden
