Porridge with Egg

Adding eggs to your porridge is not only a great way to add protein to your family's breakfast

but it will also give you the creamiest texture ever. Just add your oats to a pan, followed by the milk, bring to a simmer and leave on

low for two to three minutes until you see it thickening. Then add about half your beaten eggs slowly while stirring constantly

Once combined, add in the rest of the beaten eggs again slowly while stirring

Continue to cook and stir for another two to three minutes. Once done, add in your sweetener if using and top with root if you like
