To make my tuna and cottage cheese jacket potatoes, start by air frying or oven baking your potatoes

Then move on to making your salad. Add your cottage cheese and tuna fish to a mixing bowl

cut your celery sticks lengthways in half and then slice and add to your bowl. Next

chop your chives and add those in as well. Then add your drained sweet corn

followed by two tablespoons of mayonnaise, salt and black pepper and toss well
